Leeroy Thornhill’s (ex Prodigy) label, Electric Tastebuds was nominated for ‘Best Breakthrough Label’ at The International Breakspoll Awards 2009 and has continued to grow.
This compilation features all the artists on the label, a mixture of sounds served up by the likes of:

The Wrongstars, known for their pumping basslines and wrong behavior again they don’t fail to disappoint.

Jagged Slap, (Leery Thornhill & Joe Morena, (Joe has remixed the likes of Alabama 3, Simply Red, Human League & Sunscreem) bring their usual infectious energy levels and pushing beats.

Kouncil House makes his first appearance on the label, and with the continued support of Radio 1’s Annie Nightingale and Kissy Sellout, he’s one to watch.

Smash Hifi (Leeroy Thornhill & Boogie Army’s Marten Hoerger) are back again with that dirty pulsing style they make their own, they drop 2 heavyweight floor fillers.

Controlled Change, new to the label these guys bring it with a deep heady sound, big riffs and high energy its enough to get lost in.

Leeroy Thornhill again brings something different, with a gritty driving guitar driven track, and a trip back to the electronic 80’s.

601, deliver a stomper of a remix for The Wrongstars, with a bassline that takes hold, and don’t let go.
